Fall Style Favorites

The air is crisp. The leaves are crunchy. Pumpkin spice treats are everywhere. It's officially fall! While I haven't worn anything other than leggings and sweatshirts for the last several months, I still can't keep myself from looking at clothes online. I'm very fortunate to work from home and not have to leave my house often, but I still look forward to dressing up on any occasion when I do need to go out (masked up, of course). These are my favorite pieces that I've worn for several years that have still held up well along with some new obsessions!

1 // I'm a sucker for a good leather boot. I have several pairs of boots that I exclusively wear during cold weather seasons, which is most of the year here in Washington state. The Madewell Regan boots are a favorite of mine. These are more of an investment piece, but they will last for years to come.

2 // I saw this All Saints Dalby jacket in a Nordstrom store last year and couldn't live without it so I scoured the internet for months (yes, literally months) to find one second hand at a better price. I finally found one that was only worn once and snatched it up at a great price. This is another investment piece, but I've worn mine so often that I can justify the price. I know it'll last forever and I can wear it with a variety of pieces in my wardrobe. It makes me feel super badass when I wear it. Hahaha

3 // This mock neck sweater from & Other Stories is a brand new addition to my closet, but I already love it. I bought it in green and lilac because I wanted more colorful tops in my rotation for fall and winter. It's super soft and very thick!

4 // The Eddie Bauer Charly jacket is a true essential here since it rains for the majority of the fall season. This jacket is amazing because it's completely waterproof and has a hood big enough to shield my entire face from the rain. It also has four total pockets- two button pockets on the front and two zip pockets on the sides. I've worn this jacket for two years and it's held up very well!

5 // Okay, these are definitely a statement piece and I don't wear them every day, but I am obsessed with them. When Madewell released the Regan boot in a leopard print last year and I immediately scooped them up during a sale. I wore these during a trip to Austin last fall and got so many compliments on them. They are a show stopper!

6 // At the beginning of quarantine, I sewed all of my own masks with whatever scrap fabric I had on hand from previous sewing projects. Now that I see we'll be wearing face masks at least until the end of the year, I'm excited to invest in more stylish masks. These paisley, plaid, and floral masks from Versona are really beautiful! I love that they have adjustable ear straps and a flexible nose piece. They also have a lot of cute Halloween styles on their website!

7 // I like having a few neutral sweaters in my closet that can be paired with bright accessories like colorful scarves or statement earrings. This fuzzy wool blend sweater comes in white, black, and light yellow. Perfect for wearing into winter and even spring too!

8 // While I adore wearing boots with a chunky heel, I wear these Roxy Karina boots most often because they have a very low heel and are comfortable for long walks. I've had these long enough that they have a very lived-in and roughed up look, which I really like. The heel is made from wood and not rubber so it doesn't scrape away as you wear them often. I'm honestly considering buying another pair as a backup when my current pair eventually wears out.

9 // I've always loved striped long sleeves for fall. They are so versatile. I love pairing them with my leather jacket or tucked into a skirt or pair of high-waisted jeans. This black and white one is super cute!

10 // For me, simplicity is always key. I wear a lot of basic T-shirts throughout the year, but it's nice when they have a special little detail that elevates it more than just a normal tee. This dark green top with gathered sleeves is easy to wear, but makes a statement with the bold color and subtle details.

I hope you liked these picks and maybe find something that would fit in your wardrobe. Happy fall!
